I think spiritual direction is helping others to discover and explore their true and unique walk with God.

What inspires me and forms the basis of my spirituality is Celtic spirituality as expressed by the Iona Community. I am a member of a Franciscan religious order and as such have a deep reverence for all that God created and see God’s fingerprints everywhere – even in the dark places!

I have a particular affinity and understanding for those who have been hurt by religion and the many who in one way or another only wish to touch the hem of the garment of Christ.
