My background is French literature (Masters in mystical writings) and teaching. I joined Spirasa at UNISA and attended several courses on Christian spirituality; studied at Bible school and at Hospice where I qualified as a caregiver and bereavement counsellor. All of these quests culminated in the moment when I was selected for the 2018 course in spiritual direction followed by a refresher course in 2024. I am inspired by God’s creation in all its diversity, visits to TAIZE, music, reading and writing.

Spiritual accompaniment is a free and friendly space of listening. I love walking this life with my fellows in joy and sorrow with an awareness of the sacrament of the present moment.
